exchange 2003 can’t start
The exchange server was frozen yesterday. So I forced shutdown the exchange server. Then IIS service didn’t start. Exchange 2003 couldn't start either. Do you meet this kind of problem?

A: If it is IIS problem, please post it to IIS forum. http://forums.iis.net/ I find one case about it. If you force shutdown server, metabase.xml won’t be saved properly. You can try this way. Renaming metabase.xml as metabase.xml.old in C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv directory. Copied the one from C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\History folder
